Bassett Hound
This poor Bassett Hound was brought into the Veterinary Surgery where Lorraine was working. This young dog was less than 1 year old and found in an old out building. It was emaciated, covered in sand and other substances.
This boy was immediately examined by the vet, Lorraine then bathed and cleaned him up and fed small meals on a regular basis.
John was a Dog Warden at this time and it was through this dog that we met! ( Its the dogs fault!!)
John kept the dog for a period of 7 days then contacted the Bassett Rescue agency who took the dog in and found it a new home.
